"Place and host were great! I would stay again but….you must know the neighbor is not so great. Parking is not so easy because of neighbor. If you’re able to walk down the hill from a cul-de-sac then you will have no issues. You must follow the rules of parking or else you will get a visit from your friendly neighborhood police officer! Just follow the rules and everything is perfect! Everyone is aware of this neighbor and the rest of the neighbors are willing to help out and work with you on...

"This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches"

"This house served everything we needed for a wonderful mom’s weekend with our college girls. Lots of extras in the kitchen made it easy to pull meals together. We used the grill outside which was a bonus. Back yard needs a good spring clean and would recommend hanging lights out there. Overall, a fantastic stay! "

"One reason I chose this property was due its close proximity to the Riley County Fairgrounds (less than 5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there and it completely met our needs. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. They also offered nice little touches like snacks and toiletries. We will return here if we find ourselves in Manhattan again."

"This house was very clean and solid. Two bathrooms was a big help with 4 women between 69 and 78 years old. I would stay here again as it is convenient to most everything. Nice large table to talk around and look at pictures and recall fun episodes from our childhood. Thank you for a wonderful place to lay our heads."
