"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. When we arrived at the place, it was quite cold and there was no guidance on how to turn on the heating and the thermostats on the radiators were covered with rubber, preventing us from adjusting the temperature.
