All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!"

"It was a really good and convenient place to stay. It is really close (walking distance) to the train station and to downtown where you find lots of places to shop and eat. The beautiful Christmas Market is also downtown if one goes during that season. Vom Empfang durch die sehr freundlichen Vermieter und Einweisung in die Wohnung bis zum Brötchenservice war alles sehr gelungen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jeden Tag haben wir Kurzausflüge in die interessante Umgebung wie Hartenstein, Schneeberg usw. unternommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir können uns allen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, auf Rückfragen im Vorwege wurde Ruckzuck reagiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist top, sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick aufs Schwarzenberger Schloss ist einmalig. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Als Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen. Brötchen holen fürs Frühstück kann man zu Fuß erledigen. Fazit: Sehr schöne Woche in einer sehr schönen Wohnung mit...
