"This hotel is adjacent to the train station, so was very convenient when travelling by train. Seniors qualify for a free bus pass. This was convenient, since most buses stop at Südtiroler Platz, outside hotel. We walked a lot. Could walk to Mirabell Gardens in 15 mins. Staff were very helpful in offering solutions for any issue. Salzburg is a beautiful city!"

"Quite simply, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Our room was spotless, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We ate in the Sky bar and restaurant on three evenings where the food and service were excellent and the view was incredible. We also had a pleasant evening in the Pitter Keller. When we did have an issue (not the fault of the hotel) this was resolved swiftly and efficiently. All the staff we met were so helpful and attentive. It would be unfair to single out any individuals. Service of the highest standard. We hope to return."
