"I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past years I come home once or twice a year. However the service at this hotel has gone downhill and it is continuing to go downhill. Our toilet did not want to flush when I called the front desk I was informed by the man that runs the place that they had a plunge or down there in the office and I said well can someone come up and plunge the toilet and he informed me that they do not plunge toilets.
