"The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of pantry essentials and a good-sized fridge freezer, which was great. The bedroom was reasonably spacious and the bed comfortable. "The apartment is as advertised. It's spacious inside and has a large undercover entertaining deck. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean although the rugs are stained and need replacing. The deck needed cleaning and the outside furniture needs cleaning. Parking was good under the building. It was quiet and very sound proof between rooms and the outdoors. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and only a minutes drive to restaurants on Oxley Rd. Overall a good place...

"We wanted a property in Newtown, close to our kids. This property was a 10 minute walk to their house and close to all shops and amenities. There was a minor hiccup on our arrival and the owner was amazing. He got onto it straight away, and then followed up to make sure everything was ok. The property had everything we needed. A large living space, and a large bathroom with a bath. We will definitely stay again."
