"The house was clean. Appears to be almost new. It was not a comfortable stay. The listing stated it had 4 beds when in reality it only had 3. As I was the one who booked it, I had to share a bed with a coworker. The furniture was not comfortable. There was no cable, direct tv or dish. The TV did have Netflix.
