We highly enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed for a trouble-free stay and then some. The facility has been well thought out with extras everywhere. Week done!
Great space for staying with a group of friends for wine tasting. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Well-appointed kitchen, cute outdoor spaces, and comfortable bedrooms.
We had a great stay at this well equipped and very comfortable and clean craftsman house. Close to everything. Nice neighborhood. Great host. Would stay here again.
Home was well appointed with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Located on a very loud and busy street. Host provides earplugs but not quite enough to drown out the traffic noise
Beautiful, well equipped, prepared and maintained property!
The 3 bedrooms with king size beds and en suites are awesome!
Convenient to everything in Walla Walla.
Our family wished that we could take this property to wherever our next family adventure happens to be!
Cute house with Charm and Character and Amazing Host
This house was perfect for our weekend of friends, food, and wine. All three couples had their own bathroom. The house is old and charming just like you would imagine. Lots of cute details added by the host throughout including labeled drawers. Cherie was amazing and made this experience all the better.
First off, it’s a beautiful Craftsman. The exterior and interior are fantastic and the beam and wood work is wonderful. Home is well appointed, great furnishings, beds were great, kitchen was well supplied. Bathrooms are nicely updated. Great location, close to downtown and Whitman. Owners/management were cool and helpful. Highly recommended!
A wonderful house to call “home” for your stay in the Walla Walla Valley. Very well appointed, with all the cooking, relaxation and fun items anyone would need. Ear plugs provided were much appreciated as road noise is apparent. Would not stop us from staying again. Owner/manager very responsive and respectful.
The house is a lovingly maintained craftsman home. It is roomy, comfortable and thoughtfully outfitted with all you could need. There were six adults and the size was perfect, we could all cook together without bumping into each other, watch a movie or gather around the table. It was also pet friendly though we did not have pets. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again.
An older yet very beautiful property with all the amenities you could possibly need. The property manager was great to work with and the check-in & check-out process is very simple and easy to follow. One thing to mention there is slight traffic noise in the mornings & evenings however, it's quiet at night. This could be because of some road construction on E.Chestnut street. Our family gave this 5 Stars stay.
What a great house for 3 couples! 3 king sized beds & 3 bathrooms. It is an absolutely adorable house. We loved the front porch with the 6 rockers and the backyard with a table for 6. This house has great amenities to use; plenty of wine glasses, coffee mugs, things you need. I would not hesitate to use this place again. Beautiful light fixtures; great seating areas; adorable signs; just a delightful place to stay! Made our trip to Walla Walla wine country perfect.
Our third visit to this property. The last being around seven years ago.
Apparently under new ownership this time around.
We loved the king size beds and ensuite bathrooms.
The furnishings needed some attention.
We would have enjoyed a Martini shaker since they had so many lovely glasses.
A bit noisy because of all the road construction.
We would still visit it again the next time we plan a trip to
this beautiful area of Washington...
Charming craftsman style home - enjoyed the patio for dinner one evening and the dining room for another. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The three bedrooms with ensuite baths make this home ideal for couples traveling together. The home is on a corner and one street has moderately heavy traffic- only really noticed it in the early morning. Upside - easy access to the wine country if that is where you are headed! Property manager was very responsive to questions/requests.
We decided to explore this region while our grandkids were on vacation. The house was a wonderful spot to stay. We brought our dogs and this home is very close to Pioneer Park and the Millcreek Reserve which was wonderful. The house is a charming one with plenty of charm and room for us. We used the kitchen for several dinners, played lots of games and watched movies in the basement theater. The house even provided towels for the dogs. It was very easy not having to use any keys to get in or out just the combination at the back door. We were sorry that the weather waasn’t warm enough to enjoy the lovely enclosed back patio. We will just have to come another time!
Our party of five older adults loved this space. It's well maintained and clean, with charming ambience, creaky wood floors, and decorative touches such as the Tiffany-style lamps and porch rocking chairs. All beds were comfortable and restful. Most impressive was the well-appointed kitchen, with items such as a coffee grinder, French press, hand mixer, foil and plastic bags, and even a tidy junk drawer for things like scissors and pens! We probably spent most of our awake time in the kitchen, followed by the small backyard patio and front porch rockers.
One of the smoke detector alarms gave off low-battery warning beeps early our first morning; the property manager responded with a fix within an hour of us calling.
The one thing that may be a drawback for some with sensitive ears is that the house is on a somewhat busy traffic corner. Solution: Ear plugs are stocked in the bathrooms! Nuanced touches like that are what make the Craftsman House such ideal lodging. Our group highly recommends!
