"1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

"I have stayed at the Am Kai 334 a few times due to work, biggest mistake I made was informing my work colleagues how convenient it was to stay there and be able to walk to our work vessel on new change day, as they started to also book rooms, leaving me to search other alternatives. "The town of Wustrow itself does not have too much to offer other than a good beach. However, this hotel is really something special . The food on offer is superb and the breakfast selection is exceptional. Of the five hotels visited during our trip this one was absolutely top notch in the food stakes. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Balconies are looking a little tired .The friendliness of the staff at this hotel was also very commendable "
