"Very nice, clean place to stay! Close to walk downtown. I’m giving a 4 because it was hard to find and there was hardly any paper towels on the roll and we needed them. It sleeps 4 but only 3 chairs at dining table. That made it hard to play games at for 4 people. We also own a VRBO and always have a welcome basket for our guests and check in to see if they need anything . That would have been a nice feature. "

It's spacious, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic - close to shops, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be staying here again."

"They did an excellent job with this place. Simple yet high end counters, soft close drawers, things I want in my own home! Very clean. The bed was hard but I think memory foam. Eventually I got used to it, my husband didn’t. If you are used to a firmer bed you will sleep like a baby. The neighborhood wasn’t the best. No view you want to see but we weren’t looking for that this trip. I felt completely safe. It was close to town and close to other towns to drive and see Amish horse and buggies...

"We wanted a romantic getaway with just the two of us. The place had everything we were looking for, Hot tub on the deck, Jacuzzi tub inside that you could watch TV from. Very comfortable King size bed. We loved it."

"I loved this apartment. It was in the perfect location to walk to all the shops in Roscoe Village (and Roscoe Barbeque Company). The history of the building is fascinating and views of the town with Christmas lights were amazing! I really enjoyed my stay there. Also, the shops on Main Street over the bridge in Coshocton are worth mentioning.and only a few minutes drive."

"This rental was so very clean and comfortable!! Being there in the winter, we couldn’t use the deck…but that would be so lovely in the spring, summer and fall.I was sad that the pool/hot tub was not on the property, but we did use the jacuzzi tub instead. "
