We have a Solo Yukon fire pit, just bring your own wood! Enjoy the outdoors next to a fire. We replaced the gas one with this smokeless wood pit.

Special pricing for 4-6 night stays (during off-peak season). The discount is already computed with 7 or more date inquiries. The discount is $112 for the 4th, 5th, AND 6th nights for OFF PEAK ONLY. You must inquire for the pricing before booking. The VRBO system does not properly price visits of this duration for OFF PEAK SEASON (4-6 nights). One week rentals and more are automatically discounted by the system (during off-peak season).

We invite you to our 4 bedroom, (sleeps 8) 3 full bathroom, lakefront home at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in gated, private Lake Arrowhead community just 1 hour north of Atlanta. The dock has deep water access which provides a perfect spot for you to swim, fish, or sunbathe. There is over 60 feet of lakefront right outside your back door. The deck and dock overlook the eastern shore of Lake Arrowhead with both lake and mountain views, which are spectacular, especially in the fall.


The home includes appliances, linens, furniture, electronics, and fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include gas fireplace, gas grill, washer/dryer, and a wine chiller. The home sleeps 8 which includes 3 queens, and a trundle- with full bottom and twin on top, and 1 pull out queen sleeper plus loft with day bed and trundle. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request before arrival.

There are approximately 10 steps to get down to the home from the parking pad- street level, and you must go down a flight of stairs from the main level to the back yard to get to the lake level, please see the photos of the back of the home.

THEATER ROOM: HD cable (living room + 2 bedrooms), 2 large screen tvs, internet (WiFi) and free dialing included. The theater room includes dlp projector, theater lighting, theater seating, and popcorn concession machine.

The theater room is AWESOME! I wish I put one in my regular home. The carpet has a glow in the dark confetti design. The room also has blue rope lights near the ceiling. A large theater popcorn machine sits in the corner.


BOAT RENTAL-

20' Bentley $250/day, $1495/week- BRAND NEW for 2025
24' Bentley $275/day, $1595/week

We have Bentley 20' and 24' pontoon boats available for rent for experienced boaters. If you do want to rent our boat there is a minimum 3-day rental during peak season, 2-day minimum rental off peak season. The rate includes a full tank of gas and you must fill the gas tank when finished. Sorry.... no tubing or any other towing. (insurance rules). Please reserve the boat early, we only have 2 boats for our 4 homes. First come, first served.

2 hydro bikes, 10 foot paddle board, canoe, and a 2 kayaks are available at the home for your enjoyment at no cost.

You can not bring in your own boats, this is not our rule. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake which is subject to covenants which dictate that visitors boats are not allowed. The gate house will check the name on the boat registration with the homeowners name.

There is a hot tub for your enjoyment. It is great to soak in the tub in any season and view the mountains. We empty the water and clean the hot tub after each rental for your hot tubbing enjoyment!

We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Protect your vacation. When we reserve your rental we turn dozens of other customers away while holding the property for you. If someone cancels on us it is hard to find another renter on short notice. When my family goes on vacation we purchase trip insurance, it has saved us a few times.

The minimum age to reserve the home is 30 years old.

Quality Family Spot
This was the perfect place for our family of 8 to stay for the weekend! Plenty of space to gather for home cooked meals, we loved the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views of the lake . Lots of games for the kids to play and the theatre room was a huge hit! Super comfy bedding too! The hosts have definitely put much thought and love into this gem.

Great Lakehouse
The house was wonderful for a group of old friends to have a weekend away! The theater room is AWESOME, very easy drive from Atlanta, and plenty to do at the house so you never have to leave. Rob is a great host, very communicative and keeps you informed of everything you’d need to know for your trip!

Family Vacation
The lake home was very large which accommodated our family. The view was excellent and we enjoyed all of the outdoor seating areas. The media room was a big hit with my family and based on the cold climate was used frequently. Overall the home was clean but some of the showers and tubs could use additional cleaning and the shower handles were not user friendly. Overall this is a great home for entertaining and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Family time!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this House. We visited last weekend And we had such an amazing time. The house was beyond expectations. There was plenty room for all of us, the accommodations were great and we all had great family time fishing. The kids enjoyed getting rides on the water toys. The hot tub was perfect. We love the movie theater was so nice and comfortable. I just wanted to say that my family and friends were all very impressed with your beautiful home. I would highly recommed this place to anyone!!!!

Amazing lake house and community.
Lake Arrowhead is an amazing community. Fantastic restaurant in the club house (public). A very good church (services at 10:30 on Sunday morning) Great playground. Excellent hydro-bikes and kayaks at ourdisposal. Winter fishing was disappointing until our final day when our grandson caught his Personal Best Bass (5 pounder!). Restaurants in Canton were top notch (22 minutes away). And a Publix grocery store about 15 minutes from the house for stocking up. We enjoyed our stay immensely. And Rob was very attentive to our needs.

Excellent Home!
I went with 2 co-workers for a work function. The windows and great furniture made getting work done enjoyable! The hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day of staring at a computer screen. The internet (which was absolutely necessary) worked flawlessly. I loved the mural in the kitchen so much I've convinced my husband we should do something similar in our house:) I wish my local theater had seats as comfortable as the theater room here! On top of the beauty and comfort, the owners mailed me my clothes that I had left in the dresser. It's so great to stay somewhere so beautiful and serene and have excellent customer service to boot. Thank you so much!

5 stars isn't enough!
What a magical relaxing place! We spent our mornings exploring nearby towns like Ball Ground (check out the Burger Bus!), Canton and Woodstock. Afternoons we reserved for playing and swimming in the lake and soaking up the sun. And evenings were used for playing board games and watching movies in the theater room! The house was magnificent, with more than enough space for all 7 of us. One of my favorite parts of the house is that there was enough space for all of us at the dining room table…often vacation rentals have tables for 6, so we either can’t all sit together or we all cram in! The owners were very quick to respond when we had a problem with the dishwasher. If you’re looking for a true escape – look no further. This was, by far, the most relaxing, peaceful vacation I’ve ever had. I’d definitely like to return someday.

Thank goodness for the movie theater!!!!
LOVED the house!!! Not only was it beautiful, neat, clean, fully equipped with every amenity possible, it also had a beautiful view. Mother Nature was not kind to us for more than half of our trip with LOTS of rain but we had plenty of things to do inside. The movie theater comfortably sat 9 adults and we caught up on some really good movies on the BIG screen. We swam right off the dock as well as used the hydro bike, canoe, and kayak to go all over the lake. We fed fish, ducks, geese and also viewed the deer daily in the yard. On the few days we were blessed with sun, we used the pontoon boat and parked in coves to swim, picnic, listen to music and just be together as a family. It was really a wonderful house to stay at rain or shine...and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at such a lovely home, that you obviously take a lot of pride in!

Time away
The view from the cabin was lovely. It had plenty of space, enough for the kids to do their own thing, and the adults to even spread out. Although the drive through the neighborhood is long, it is beautiful! The fall leaves and deer were a joy to see. The fire pit, hot tub, and fireplace, are always high on our list. The theater room was a nice bonus for this trip! Thanks, Rob.

Spacious multigenerational family stay
Convenient stay for a family members wedding in Waleska. The home was SO spacious for the 8 of us. The view from the family room was breathtaking. It overlooked the lake and the trees were changing color. It felt like a New England view. The teenagers really enjoyed the theater room downstairs and made use of the popcorn machine. The multi level home also provided lots of privacy if you want to tuck away for a nap. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to stay again soon.

Relaxing Time Needed
The property was a nice treat for our family. We really enjoyed the theatre room. The back deck had beautiful sunrise views. We all agreed that more trash cans were needed. I have a neurological condition that makes climbing stairs almost impossible. This is not listed as an accesssibke property. Overall, great!

Beautiful lake house
We enjoyed our time with our family at this spacious lake house. Loved the special touches of playing Pacman and watching movies in the theatre. Would definitely recommend staying at this VRBO !
