Only negative was we were given wrong key lockbox code and took 30mins of holding on telephone before we got a live person at 11pm who was able to get property manager. Rest of stay was excellent."

"Hello, This is our second stay at Captain's Cottage. This one was even better. The property manager is great, the unit was spotless and there were upgrades since our last stay. Very comfy bed, nicely stocked kitchen - even with food film, foil, spices, sweetners and other goodies. They even had an oyster knife so I could shuck my own yummy fresh oysters from up the road a bit. If you like a quite, water view getaway, this is the place. It is for two adults only, but if thats you, enjoy!"

"Nice stay. Kept warm and view of bay was lovely. Appliances were of high quality and appeared new. I had difficulty with the bathroom sink drain. I enjoyed exploring Orcas Island. Felt like I was integrated into the community. No other rentals in view. Bathroom had the feel of a boats head. Everything was there but it was tight. If owner is interested I do fine pruning and would be interested in taking on the care of your plants. Hot tub was glorious!"

"So comfortable and welcoming. We were running in boundary bay and stayed here. The location worked out perfectly. Boarder was super efficient and made it to the start line within 15mins. Julia was super accommodating and thoughtful. She allowed us to check out late so we could come back and shower before our flight home. She also left us food given we were supposed to arrive late on the Friday night. Thank you Julia for making our weekend so enjoyable. Would have loved to stay longer!"
