Ocean Front home in prestigious Sandpiper Village. This single level 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been meticulously maintained. Large open living space with fireplace, and large eating bar. The large kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space, has had a recent upgrade with all new stainless steel appliances. The beach access couldn't be easier as it is just right off the back deck of the home with a nice trail straight out onto the sand.
No Motorhomes. No boats. No trailers. Strictly enforced.
