206 NW Oceania Drive. Located in Bayshore, 15 minutes from Newport on a 7 mile long beach, this well appointed home will provide the perfect setting to relaxing and enjoying your time away. There are literally views from every room, every window. Looking out the front you have a great view of the Alsea Bay and the Alsea Bay Bridge. A perfect setup to allow kids and young adults time to play and enjoy. In the oceanside living room you will enjoy unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

Great Beachfront Property
This is property is very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The grandkids especially loved the game room and we all loved being right at the beach directly out the back door of the house. A great place to stay!

We loved our stay at this house. The location is great with wonderful beach access. Be ready for a lot of sand. The house was clean and even better than the pictures. We loved the game room and it was perfect for rainy days. We highly recommend this property!

We stayed here with family and everyone loved it. Location was amazing, we went crabbing in the bay, whale watching, and enjoyed playing on the beach! It was a perfect stay. House was perfect.

One of our favorites!
We’ve stayed here multiple times over New Year’s Eve. It’s such a great house for us and we absolutely love the location. A very short walk to the beach, a great game room for the kids, a very large table for eating and games, wonderful living room with lots of comfortable seating, and a great kitchen!

This property was amazing. Fun indoors and out was had by young and old alike. Beautiful home was comfortable and having the beach right at the door was easy for littles to go out and play. Views were stunning.

Fall getaway
My husband, brother and I meet on the coast once a year and pick a new location each time. This location was so good we want to go back! Expansive stretch of beach, plently of things to do north and south along the coast and good food nearby. House itself was perfectly appointed.

One of Our Favorite Family Traditions!
We always love staying at this property each year to spend time with our 3 generation family. This property has all the comforts and luxuries to keep grandparents, adults and children entertained and relaxed. We LOVE the oceanfront access and visiting the town of Waldport each year. Absolutely beautiful home on the beach. Great for swinging the doors open and being right there! Great for kids! Owner very accommodating with quick replies to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
