"This house was amazing. It was way better than we expected after looking through the pictures online. The outdoor space and the house itself are beautiful and the pictures do it zero justice. We were worried at first about the lack of AC, but the house cooled right down once we opened the windows let the air in. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to visit Boothbay. It was so close to the main area, but you couldn’t even tell- it felt like you were immersed in nature."

"For a small cottage it was spacious, had modern amenities. The listing says harbor view but you have to look thru power lines, power poles and a lobster processing plant. The side stone steps are overgrown with vegetation making it hard to maneuver. All in all a good experience."

"Stayed for a longweekend in November. The cottage by the sea is literally right on the sea, the views are breathtaking, the sunrise gorgeous and we were lucky to have beautiful weather. The host thought of everything, the cottage has everything you need to make a wonderful stay. Would definitely return. Rockland is about a 15 min drive and a great place to visit."

"This was a beautiful place to stay and had more parking than we expected. The only hiccups we had was that the check in code we were given was one digit off from what it actually was so we had a little trouble getting into the house. Also there is an outlet that was uncovered in the bedroom and we had a child touch it. Luckily the child wasn’t harmed but this should definitely be addressed if there’s any little ones staying on the property. The houses were very clean and the only reason I gave...

"The location of this cabin is ideal- you are just a few minutes drive from all the amenities Camden has to offer and you get your water view- which we found more serene than the ocean with the beautiful loons calling. This cabin has everything you need and then some! We hope to return!"

"Bill was so very nice and 100% accommodating. His place was very neat and clean. The property is very well maintained, private and peaceful. His cousin , Darcy, lives 2 doors down and is readily available should there be any questions or concerns.We enjoyed the lions at night and the stars were mesmerizing along with the fireflies. Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning next year."

"Great location to all the sites and activities surrounding the area. The cottage is perfect for 2 people. If you don't want a lot of excitement this place is for you. Enjoyed the daily feeding of the seagulls from the owner next door! Wonderful time. "

"Loved this spot. The lake was beautiful. We had a wonderful time even though the weather was bad a few days. The cabin was so cute and decorated very nice. The kitchen was stocked well. We had everything we needed. Loved hearing the loons at night. It wasn't too far from Camden that we visited frequently. I hope to come back there some day."

"Very convenient location for mid-Maine. Didn't know the unit was three levels from description. Kitchen fairly well stocked. TV in every room. Good internet. Checkout procedure was a little strict, stripping sheets, putting away all dishes, garbage delivered to dumpster."

"We had a great stay at Depatsy’s camp with our 10mo old son and pup. The house was cozy, spacious and had everything we needed. The house was in a perfect location with access to the water and kayaks/paddle boards. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the view and using the fire pit. Would definitely return for another trip! "
