The holiday apartment on the outskirts and the edge of a forest, with no through traffic, is at the foot of Bleschenberg, in a fabulous natural setting, and promises peace and quiet and a sense of well-being.
The apartment measures around 75m² and is on the ground floor of a building on a slope, with barrier-free access. The kitchen-diner is very well-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and radio, along with a corner bench, chairs, a table and a sofa. One of the spacious bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), a large wardrobe, a sofa bed, a table and satellite TV. The other bedroom at the other end of the apartment has a double bed (180cm wide), a wardrobe and a desk with two chairs. It is possible to set up a child’s bed in addition. The beds are already made on arrival, so you do not need to bring bed linen. The bathroom has a bath with shower screen, a washbasin, WC, washing machine, cupboard with a mirror and a hairdryer. Hand and shower towels are available in the bathroom cupboard. All the rooms have large windows, some with blinds.
In front of the separate entrance there is a lovely roofed terrace of around 30m². The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a hammock and two loungers. As it is on the north side of the house, it is pleasant there in summer even during the day, whilst you can enjoy the evening sun. All around the property there is a variety of seating. The terrace looks out towards the village below, as well as the surrounding meadows, forests and fields. There is a room adjoining the apartment with table tennis and darts. Next to the terrace there is a Wendy house with a slide and small sandpit for children, along with a giant trampoline. There is a campfire area where you can grill.
Your dog is welcome and will enjoy the natural surroundings, with a big meadow right on the doorstep. The site is not fenced in.
Our house enjoys a lovely quiet location on the edge of Sinzendorf. It is about 350 metres to the newly laid out forest educational path with a viewing tower and chapel at Bleschenberg. The surroundings are excellent for walking and hiking. You can bring bicycles, as there are many nice cycling and mountain biking trails in the region. The many recreational possibilities include the Aquafit leisure pool in Waldmünchen, the climbing park at Perlsee, the Loifling leisure park, Wildgarten Furth i. Wald, various open-air festivals, trips to the Czech Republic and guided walks e.g. at the Cerchov mountain (Czech Republic), which will make your stay an experience. The nearest locality Geigant with a grocery shop with bakery items, a butcher, a restaurant, bank and doctor is about a 20-minute walk away. In winter you can explore the surroundings on cross-country skis, while children can play on the sledge slope behind the house. The popular cross-country skiing area at Gibacht is about 14km away. The ski slope in Althütte is ideal for beginners, with ski courses available.
