"Excellent doorman friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk on our arrival. No warm greeting and a somewhat frosty reception. This made us feel uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the bedding, it was very poor. Not Egyptian cotton sheets. Worn fitted sheets of a poor standard. Charging for parking is not acceptable at a hotel at this price point. "

"An excellent stay at a luxury hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable and our room was a good size with a fantastic view. The new kids club and family spa was well received by our children. We look forward to returning to the hotel during the summer."

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"
