The cosy holiday flat Königsleiten 266 is located in a house in typical Austrian style only 100 metres from the Almdorflift Königsleiten. Whether skiing and snowboarding in the Zillertal Arena Königsleiten ski area or hiking and biking in the Hohe Tauern National Park, enjoy the diversity of the surrounding mountains.
The flat consists of a living & dining area with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher & oven, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bunk bed for 3 persons, and a bathroom, thus offering space for 5 persons. Outside, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the private terrace, surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama.
Cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
There is a parking space available on the property. Bed linen are available for a fee on site. Electricity costs include heating costs. Pets are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed with electric barbecues. A cot is available on request.
House rules:
The deposit will be returned within 10 banking days after the flat has been returned free of defects.
The flat has to be checked by the tenant on arrival for material defects and completeness.
The return of the flat takes place within the scope of our final cleaning.
The used dishes, cooking pots, cooking utensils, oven & hotplate are to be cleaned and returned ready for use. Household waste is to be disposed of properly in the place provided. The flat is to be left broom-clean.
Any deficiencies in the cleaning will be reported by us and their removal will be charged separately.
The departure takes place by 10:00 and the arrival from 16:00 to 19:00. Please notify the landlord in advance.
