"Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet, d.h. wir konnten darauf sehr gut und bequem liegen. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Gebäude und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer gerne wandert, findet hier in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Naturparadies mit schön angelegten Wegen - und auch die Chiemgauer Alpen sind zügig und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen."

Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."
