"Loved it! So clean and what a great location (just next door to JR station). There are two adjacent shopping malls, Daiso is nearby, food options aplenty. The front desk staff are super professional and go over and beyond by thinking about the customer's needs. There is a free curry rice dinner service as long as you are a hotel guest (whoa!). There is no microwave oven in the hotel, but if you bring your food to the front desk they will heat it for you! "

"Once I figured out where it was, it was super easy to walk to after flying for 11 hrs. Room was clean and quiet. It was also convenient for taking the train the next day. Would stay again."

"Easy commute to and from the airport,train is a 1 minute walk from hotel. Restaurant and shops around the area are nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff is very friendly and accessible. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in izumisano!"

"The property was clean, and the staff was excellent. There were not any communication problems despite the fact that we couldn't speak any Japanese. My only complaint is that the room was hot. The A/C didn't work, so it got pretty uncomfortable."

"The place was great to stay. The location was 5 minutes from Rinku Town station which was very convenient as we arrived in the evening at 11PM at Kansai Airport. Rooms are decent size for two people. The front desk is self service. So if you arrive after midnight you will need to ring the intercom to have someone buzz you in. Everything went smoothly for us. We did not have the chance to utilize the bath but you will need to still pay for it unfortunately. We would love to come back next time. In the morning it’s beautiful to walk around the waterfront."
