"Good stay nice staff"

"Where to start, this Ryokan was spectacular. The hotel is beautiful in its traditional style with extremely friendly staff who couldn't have done more. The hotel is a nice ten minute walk from the main area but offer free transfers from the hotel to the onsens. We never used it because the walk was so pleasant. The onsen they provide is lovely with an indoor and outdoor area, the traditional set meals they have was equally brilliant. We will absolutely come back here in the future!"

"Enjoyable place to stay. Spa was nice though it was closed the hour before check out, so it was not super convenient. We couldn’t get double beds in the room, which was not ideal for a honeymoon. Still had a good time. "

"We stayed one night as a quick visit. The hotel is located at the end of the onsen strip. It's a older hotel. Lights are dimmer than the ones in the cities. We like that we get futons and sleep on the floor. Front desk staff speaks limited English, but they try their best to answer our questions. They will use a translator to help us understand if we have questions. They also loan out yukata for us to wear and we can onsen hop to other hotel onsen at no additional charge. "The hotel is located at the south side of the train station and is only 5 mins walk away. I had low expectations with respect to the stay as the rates were low. I was surprised with the level of comfort and the room size. The breakfast was basic though. This is my first stay at an APA hotel and I would be happy to stay in another!"

"Wonderful stay. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff from the moment we drove up to the property to when we depart. The staff even helped to sort out our luggage delivery to the next accommodation in another city. Our hostess Matsuri was sweet, polite and gracious. "room is smaller than expected "

"Overall not a bad stay, i got the open air bath room. Certain fixtures in the room were very worn and could use repairing. The bath on the patio was the highlight but it had a large leak from below causing the water to drain out faster than it could fill it. Breakfast was great and they had tatami tables. Overall not bad for the money but could be better"

"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"
