"We are a couple in our 50s and came to Blenheim to visit its renowned wineries. We stayed at the French Fields for 2 nights and it really exceeded all our expectations. "Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat."

"The cabin/ cottage is gorgeous with grazing sheep in the paddock near by. Beautiful established gardens with lots of bird songs. Hellen and Dave were so welcoming and gracious to us. They allowed our family to use their pool. Beautiful walking areas along the river banks. This is our second visit and we will definitely come back again. "

If I had known that there were stepp, irregular, slanted and long steps to front door without even a railing, I would not have booked. Also difficult if you habe heavy luggage.
