"Wonderfull property on a busy road. Unfortunately didnt get to enjoy it as much as i would have have liked to as i lost a night stay due to the Heathrow airport incident. Staff were helful and very polite. Rooms could do with an update but otherwise very comfortable and spacious."

"The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management.
