I felt unsafe there, as we were given a key for the room, and we found out it didn't work at all. We advised them, and they said the battery had run out on the door pad or something. My husband had a guitar which we took up to the room to make sure it wasn't stolen out of our car parked outside, and because they did not attend to our key problem straight away, we had to take it back to the car, As we were going out, the night duty lady kindly said to give her the guitar, and she will lock it in the office, till the door was fixed. When we returned late at night, the door had been fixed. I think it was very poor of them to just give us a key, and not double checking if they worked. And as soon as they were told the problem, they should have attended to it straight away, or at least move us into another secure room. I was very disappointed.
