"We spent two nights at this comfortable house, and used it as our base for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. The host, Michael, made everything at his hands to make us feel at home, and provided great advice on weather and the crossing. We are really happy to have staid at his house."

"We loved staying here and wish we could've stayed a few more days! Ross was so welcoming from the moment we got there. The views were gorgeous and the house was lovely. I would recommend sleeping with earplugs as there is a train the goes by at night, but otherwise the stay was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. "
