"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. "No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"This place is exactly as it’s described, the host is wonderful she answers any questions. The venue is spotlessly clean has an amazing hot tub and spa room with sauna they also do massages but sadly I didn’t get to try but if it’s anything like the venue it would have been amazing will definitely stay there again and will book in advanced for full spa treatment. 100% recommend"
