Fijn, ruim huis met heerlijke woonkeuken. We waren er met 14 volwassenen en daar was het huis zeker groot genoeg voor. Vanuit het huis een paar lekkere wandelingen van een paar uur door de mooie omgeving gemaakt.

Es hat uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen. An Ausstattung in der Küche war meh ...
Es hat uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen. An Ausstattung in der Küche war mehr als genügend vorhanden. Was man in der Beschreibung noch mit angeben könnte, wäre die Größe der benötigten Bettwäsche. Bei den Eizel-/Stockbetten werden 90cm Laken und kleine Deckenbezüge benötigt und bei den Doppelbetten 140cm Laken und große Deckenbezüge. Zudem sollte die Schaukel wieder repariert werden. WIr waren dort als Mannschaftsfahrt und daher hat uns die Abgeschiedenheit nichts ausgemacht. Der See mit Badestrand ist fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch war er auf Grund von Bauarbeiten abgesperrt als wir dort waren.

Prachtig, groot en degelijk huis. Geen geluidsoverlast behalve in de slaapkamer op de begane grond. Keuken is groot met twee koelkasten en lange tafels, fijne woonkamer. Paar minpuntjes, de open haard trekt alleen goed als een raam open staat, de borg ben je in de winter snel kwijt aan de stookkosten. Dus reken due maar gewoon mee in de prijs.

Location was easy to reach. Enough parking spots at the house. Nice big garden to play football, volleyball or badminton. The swing was in a crumbling condition but the owner has already ordered a new one which should be installed my now. Kitchen was well equipped with enough and big cooking pots, which is helpful for a big group. One coffee machine but thermos jugs. Enough space and big tables. Rooms were clean and had also enough space. The double rooms en suite are great as there was no clashes in the bathrooms in the morning. The owner has added the information about the bed sheets in the description which was helpful. Surrounding area The Lac du Robertville is a great place to spend the day. The guided tour at castle Reinhardstein takes about a good hour and also something for the kids. There is a bowling center in Malmedy for a rainy day.

Wij werden heel goed ontvangen door de zoon van de eigenaresse. Heel vriendelijk en in het Nederlands. Het huis was heel mooi versierd met een kerstboom en sfeervolle kerststukjes. Je kan vanuit de woning vertrekken voor mooie wandelingen en bakker en slager zijn dichtbij. Bijna elke kamer heeft een badkamer, behalve de bovenste verdieping, wat jammer is voor de mensen die daar slapen, zij moeten ook voor het toilet eerst de trap af. Niet zo praktisch bij buikgriep, waar onze groep mee geplaagd werd. Minpuntjes zijn dat de eetkamer en zithoek door een gang gescheiden zijn. De pannen in de keuken zijn aan vernieuwing toe en in de zetels zak je tot op het hout. Bij ons vertrek was de eigenaresse aanwezig. Zij berekent de onkosten ( aan de dure kant) en het minst leuke aan deze geslaagde vakantie, maar ze was heel attent.

Met de hele familie van 1 tot 87 jaar verbleven we een week in Les Boulleaux. Mooi afgebakende tuin, goed ingerichte keuken. Eetkamer en living goed gescheiden, wat het makkelijk maakte om een rustige plek te behouden. Ruime kamers, proper sanitair, ... Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Zeker een aanrader!!!
