This is a an amazing 1 bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit with plenty of space.It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. It has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio. It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough. It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun. The condo is set on a beautiful golf course with tennis courts ,pools, spas, and a fitness room.The spectacular beach is within a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. We have beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, snorkel gear, water shoes, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Our cleaning is meticulous to prepare our condo for your stay to be as safe as possible. We will do everything to create a clean environment by the following recommended sanitation guidelines to make sure all surfaces, appliances, and anything that comes in physical contact have been sanitized before and after guests leave and check in. This has it all!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Martin condo. It's exactly like it is in the pictures. Has everything you need and more, chairs, snorkel gear, water shoes in different sizes and lots of books for just sitting back and chillin. Conveniently locating to beach and shopping. We visit the island at least 4 times a year to see family and this is be our new go to.

Big island paradise!
This was our first time to the big island, and we loved where we stayed. It’s a great location. Lots of things to do nearby a great starting point to see the island, very clean and well-stocked.

We enjoyed our week at The Shores. This unit is very comfortably furnished and also well equipped, with pretty much everything anyone would need. The landscaping outside the lanai is beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Communication was incredible and the owner was beyond helpful!! He gave us multiple recommendations for the island and we loved everything! The restaurants and activities were all great! This has by far been the best home we have stayed it. They made sure everything was perfect!

The interior of this property was impeccably furnished. The bathroom and shower was very large. It's a one bedroom unit on the ground floor. Perfect for a single traveler.

Perfect stay in paradise
Our family with 3 kids < 10 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location close to shops and groceries, although we often just cooked in the condo kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. It was a great home base for adventures to the national landmarks near by, beaches, and Mauna Kea. The kids LOVED all the beach toys and we used them a lot. We also had a blast doing puzzles together at night. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to use and comfortable and we could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be coming back again next time we are on the big island!

Favorite place to stay
This is the 2nd trip for my wife and I to Kona and as soon as we walked in, it became our favorite place to stay. Plenty of goodies and sweets welcoming us to snack on and tons of clean towels. The layout was very welcoming and had everything that we could ever need to enjoy our trip! When we come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderfully Kept and Thoughtfully Stocked!
My wife and I spent the last 3 days of our honeymoon in this wonderfully kept and thoughtfully stocked vacation home! The neighborhood is peaceful and properly managed with just a short ride to beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. Martin and Rachelle were exceptionally accommodating. Mahalo!

Awesome start to the 2024!
This unit was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Well stocked kitchen, beach and pool gear - wagon was handy especially for Hāpuna beach one of our favourite spots! We used the BBQ’s, just across the parking lot very convenient and the the Tropics pub is pretty much on site and caters to NFL fans on game day if you are so inclined:) Mahalo Martin… we’ll be back soon… so much to see, do and just to relax!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was really close to a lot of great beaches. The kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a rental unit. It was well stocked and the items in the kitchen are nice quality. We were really lucky and got to check in two hours early! Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful and fully stocked
This was the most fully stocked B and B we've ever stayed in, you won't need for anything. In addition to the kitchen having everything we needed, there was also beach chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear. You really will be very happy here. Wish we'd had a couple more days.
