This is a an amazing 1 bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit with plenty of space.It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. It has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio. It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough. It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun. The condo is set on a beautiful golf course with tennis courts ,pools, spas, and a fitness room.The spectacular beach is within a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. We have beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, snorkel gear, water shoes, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Our cleaning is meticulous to prepare our condo for your stay to be as safe as possible. We will do everything to create a clean environment by the following recommended sanitation guidelines to make sure all surfaces, appliances, and anything that comes in physical contact have been sanitized before and after guests leave and check in. Big island paradise!

This has it all!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Martin condo. It's exactly like it is in the pictures. Has everything you need and more, chairs, snorkel gear, water shoes in different sizes and lots of books for just sitting back and chillin. Conveniently locating to beach and shopping. We visit the island at least 4 times a year to see family and this is be our new go to.

Very Comfortable
We enjoyed our week at The Shores. This unit is very comfortably furnished and also well equipped, with pretty much everything anyone would need. The landscaping outside the lanai is beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

The interior of this property was impeccably furnished. The bathroom and shower was very large. It's a one bedroom unit on the ground floor. Perfect for a single traveler.

Favorite place to stay
This is the 2nd trip for my wife and I to Kona and as soon as we walked in, it became our favorite place to stay. Plenty of goodies and sweets welcoming us to snack on and tons of clean towels. The layout was very welcoming and had everything that we could ever need to enjoy our trip! When we come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect stay in paradise
Our family with 3 kids < 10 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location close to shops and groceries, although we often just cooked in the condo kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. It was a great home base for adventures to the national landmarks near by, beaches, and Mauna Kea. The kids LOVED all the beach toys and we used them a lot. We also had a blast doing puzzles together at night. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to use and comfortable and we could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be coming back again next time we are on the big island!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was really close to a lot of great beaches. The kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a rental unit. Great Location in Waikoloa
