Relax and Unwind in Paradise at Waikoloa Beach Villas P1

Stunning end-unit townhouse in tropical Hawaii. Come relax and unwind in Paradise. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story townhouse is 1860 sq. ft, and sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a trundle bed in the sitting area upstairs which could sleep another person or 2. P1 is a very quiet and private condo at the end of the drive. We have lots of toys in the garage, bikes, golf clubs, boogies boards, snorkels, etc. Go to the beach or hang out by one of the two pools on property. Beaches are 5 minutes away by car. If you don't want to get in the car, you can walk to Waikoloa Queens shops in minutes where you will find restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store and a theater.

On the lanai there is a built-in BBQ, a dining table and a sitting area. The views are of lovely green gold courses.

There is free WIFI available. There are 4 TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

The master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
There is a private lanai off the master bedroom with views of the golf course greens, ocean and sunset.

The second bedroom is also upstairs and has a Cal King Bed and its own ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed with a full bathroom adjacent.

The kitchen is in the center of the family area and is fully equipped for you to prepare meals. Everyone can help or hang out as there is lots of counter space. You will find top of the line appliances and a wine fridge.

There are two dining areas, each seating 6, one is on the lanai and one is off the kitchen.

There is a fitness area onsite if you prefer to work out in a gym.

Please note that the Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is NON SMOKING. This includes ALL common areas as well as the townhouse and surrounding lanai's.

Great location, perfect for groups
We enjoyed staying here both for the location and the amenities of the townhouse and complex. There were a few items that needed attention/fixing in the place but nothing so major as to derail our stay. Communication from the host was slow or kind of short, but all in all would stay here again.

Awesome Rental Property
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has new owners and management and everything was wonderful again. The property manager, Olivia, is very attentive and the home is well appointed with amenities. We love the proximity to the shops and movie theater. We absolutely love it here!

Fantastic
We had a wonderful family reunion at this condo. There was ample sleeping for our party of 7. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very quiet. A bathroom for each bedroom was very nice and the baths were full of towels. The garage was full of beach toys, snorkel gear, chairs over 10 very nice beach towels and 4 biles that came in so handy for exercise and quick trips to nearby shopping center. Olivia was quick to answer my question about the rental car issue. She was very kind to check with cleaning to move our check out cleaning till the next morning since we had a midnight flight out. I was so happy to have picked this location for our vacation and hope to come back again.

Gorgeous condo . . . Perfect Location!
This is the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in.. Everything in it was high quality, including all the beach equipment, bikes, golf clubs and so much more. It is a wonderful location, very well built and quiet, overlooking the beautiful golf course and just a short walk to shopping or the beach. Also, a beautiful area for walking, running, or biking. It is close to some of the best beaches and golf courses around. We would certainly stay there again if we have the opportunity!

First class condo!
Perfect place as a base to visit the whole island. Extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean, great location. Lots of extras such as the bikes, coolers, and beach accessories. Would stay here again without hesitation. Managed very well. No problems whatsoever.

Lovely Condo
We so enjoyed staying at this well equipped condo. The setting is lovely, close to the beach, shopping and other areas. The condo is updated and clean with lots of beach toys, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and other items to choose from. They have golf clubs available as well as bikes. The condo is very comfortable with everything a vacationer could want!

I can’t say enough about this amazing property & our 3 week stay in this beautiful townhouse. The home is incredibly welcoming, clean & super well stocked. There’s not a thing I would change or ask for. The beds & furniture is really comfortable and I enjoyed my coffee every morning on both patios watching the golfers go by! Great location! This property won’t disappoint! Our entire group loved their stay here!

Terrific accomodation
This was a great place to stay. The appliances all appear new and are in great working order. The unit included everything you would need (extra toilet paper etc., I have stayed in units where they give you one roll!!), the garage is stocked with beach chairs and toys. It's beautifully situated on the Waikoloa Beach Golf course 3rd hole. It's walking distance to two shopping centers and close to nearby resorts. I highly recommend this place for your vacation.

Beautiful and well Looked after
The condo was exactly as described and was very welcoming. The whole complex is well taken care of and we enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai watching the golfers. It was very quiet and peaceful. Having the use of the beach gear, bicycles and golf clubs was great. The reservation process was very straight forward and Susan was great to deal with. We will definitely return when we visit the Big Island in the future.

Beautiful Condo to feel at home
This Condo is by far one of these best in the complex. It is VERY comfortable with all the great amenities they offer. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are nice along with the bath towels, so soft! The kitchen is spacious and has nice dishes with great pots and pans to cook in. They have everything you will need to cook a few meals. A nice BBQ on the patio. Table and chairs are comfortable. We will be going back!

We loved this property! It was spacious, beautiful, and clean. We have done a lot of traveling and I believe this is the most well-equipped place that we have stayed at. Besides having a well functioning kitchen and BBQ, the property had a garage full of items for us to use including adult bicycles (with helmets!), boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and more. The pool and work-out area were close by. We ate out on the deck every night which was lovely. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay for Mother's Day
Our family came together from Florida, Colorado and California for Mother's Day. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen was well stocked with everything The Chefs needed. We especially enjoyed the sporting gear in the garage; boogie boards, ice chest, snorkeling gear and the bikes. Close to A Bay and the marketplace. The lanai was our gathering place. Nice patio furniture and a great BBQ. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We recommend this rental and hope to return again next year.

Another excellent stay in P1 , the unit is clean , quiet and in the best location at the Beach Villas . The management is very responsive and have always made us feel very welcome . Hawaii Dream Condo
We stayed in this amazing condo for two weeks in August. Everything you need or possibly want is provided in this beautifully decorated condo. The location is perfect!!! Close to Queen Shops, King Shops, restaurants,golf courses and of course beautiful beaches. Each day you can try a new beach an exciting activity such as a Zipline adventure or Stargazing. Bikes are even provided. Without a second thought I would stay here again. This is a 5 star condo. Susan and Emily at Kema Kama are absolutely wonderful to deal with. ENJOY YOUR STAY!

Wonderful rental! We loved this villa-lots of space, very clean, nice decor, well stocked, great supplies for the family to enjoy the beach. The pool & hot tub area were really nice and close by as well. Very quiet and private which we appreciate. Nice location with shopping/restaurants close by for convenience. We were very happy with the location on the Island for proximity to explore many areas. We did have one issue with the sink plumbing during our stay but it was handled well & promptly which was much appreciated! We would return in a heartbeat & will definitely recommend this unit to anyone who enquires! Thank you!
