Paradise Awaits! Gorgeous Kolea Condo with Great Views

You deserve the best for your vacation on the Big Island! Kolea is the only beach-front residential community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Luxury accommodations with views of the ocean along Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) on the Kohala coast will allow you a slice of paradise to relax and enjoy the aloha spirit. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in the private, gated community of Kolea has been furnished with beautiful Hawaiian woodwork and art. Our meticulously kept unit features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, African mahogany trim, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your private meals. The villa has also been recently refurbished with brand new carpeting and travertine floors. As you walk through the fully-retractable 9’ pocket doors to the beautiful lanai, there is a summer kitchen with a stainless steel Viking grill, beverage cooler, and handy sink. You can sit down and enjoy the warm tropical breeze and awesome views of A-bay. You can even look on the other side of the lanai for a view of Mauna Kea. The Kolea Beach Club, exclusively for owners and guests of Kolea, has an infinity pool, hot tub, sand pool with waterfall, towel service, and an exercise room. From the beach club, you can walk right through to the ancient royal fishing ponds to the beach at A-bay. You are also within walking distance of the Kings and Queens shops located across the street from Kolea. There, you will find world-class dining, shopping, and golf. Every convenience is located right in the heart of paradise in Kolea. Come and relax in our beautiful home away from home.

Beautiful property and wonderful location walking distance t to the calm water sandy beach. We had some issues with bugs in the kitchen but the owner and property manager were very responsive.

Island Getaway
Fantastic unit and location. Close to everything you need (beach, shopping, restaurants). Our three little kids loved it and made good use of the provided beach toys. Even during peak travel season it was never too busy at the pool or beach. I'll definitely be back to this unit. Don't hesitate, this is the perfect spot on the big island.

Totally relaxing, excellent property and location. A bit of a hike to the beach, but manageable. The arrival was a bit tough as it was difficult to find the correct building because the signage is small. Overall, excellent weather, property and a great time.

Kolea Waikoloa 15E is perfect
We are a family of 5 and had an absolutely perfect stay at Kolea Waikoloa. The condo was spotless and so well equipped. The area is fantastic with easy access to great restaurants shops grocery stores excursions. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended.

Perfection on the Big Island
Perfect location for seeing all that the Big Island offers. Loved the villa and the amenities and convenience of the Waikoloa Village area. Beautiful view of A-Bay and wonderful quiet pools with an incredible view. Short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for kids too.

Perfect retreat
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is fully equipped and, thus, very comfortable. The condo was spacious, particularly when the lanai was open. The location was ideal for all our adventures on-site as well across the island. We highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Place short walk to beach
Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. Totally modern and well furnished with a great view and quick walk to beach. Very nice quiet pool club by the beach as well. Part of a larger community with restaurants and shops. My favorite nearby destination was the Lava Lava Beach Club. I would recommend this for a family.

Beautiful home and great location to the pool and beach.
We had a great time with our 3 year old and 2 month old. The condo was much bigger than we thought and very lovely inside with a great view. The location was an easy walk to the beach and pool. It was very helpful to have Dani meet us on arrival as well. We would definitely return to this property!!

Immaculate place with all the amenities included!
Overall, wonderful stay in Kolea 15E. The place was immaculate and we really appreciated all of the supplies in the garage to facilitate our stay (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, etc.). The view was perfect, there was a short walk to a beautiful beach, and our local contact Dani was really responsive when we needed. Thank you!

Serenity in the Islands
Fantastic view, upscale use of Koa Wood. All amenities included, 3 flat screen TV’S, Stainless appliances, Washer/Dryer, beautiful pool area with easy access to beach, Use of Marriott and Hilton’s amenities, carport, A/C. It is also a very quiet setting but steps to restaurants and shops. It is only 20 minutes from the airport, Cisco and Safeway. Unforgettable experience and very romantic too! ❤️

Relaxing time
If you want to be close to a beach yet have a stunning place to hang out poolside, this is the place for.you. comfortable beds and super clean. The only thing I can fault this unit for is on hot days the air conditioner doesn't quite keep cool enough in the spare bedroom for sleeping, there is a fan which helps. We never opened the lanai doors for that reason. We rented a golf cart and really enjoyed cruizin' all over in it.

Family Getaway
Stayed at this property with my husband, toddler and infant. Perfect for family with small children. Tall ceilings and nice furnishings/appliances. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped for both toddler (floaties and kitchen utensils) and infant (high chair and pack n play), which was much appreciated! The pool area was quiet and great for families with young kids. Short walk to the beach if you want. We separately rented a wagon/pool toys to transport things down to the pool and it was super easy. Agreed with other reviewers that the building is hard to find due to lack of signage in the complex. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit!

Big Island Gem
This vacation was the most peaceful vacation we have had in Hawaii. We have traveled to Hawaii in the past and always had a good time but this vacation rental had everything we needed in just steps away. Pool was private w beach access just steps away. Beautiful walks around the property and starbucks, shops, grocery, gas and golf all with in a mile away. There would be no need to venture off if you didn't want to.

Great Kolea 2 bedroom unit
This is our fourth Kolea vacation at Waikoloa Beach, and unit 15E is the nicest unit we have stayed in. In fact, we booked next year’s stay before this stay ended. We have enjoyed the view from the lanai, which is unobstructed, and therefore more attractive than other units we have stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped, and the mattresses very comfortable. The unit has all that we would want, to rebook year after year.

Elegant condo in elegant neighborhood
It was a bit of a challenge first finding the condo. (I didn’t realize it was in building 15.) Dani, the property manager, was totally available and gave us the guidance we needed to find it. Once we found it, wow! The place was immaculate and impressive. The communal pool and hot tub were great to visit and overlooked an amazing view of palms and the ocean. Great beach access. It was a wonderful base for our time on the Big Island. Walking distance to shops.

Great condo in a high end development
We stayed for a week in late Sept. Had a great time and loved the accommodation - really nice condo - excellent condition, great view and a typical Hawaiian lani - tough to beat the feeling of having the windows fully retracted and the ocean breezes blowing. Very high end development, close to the stores/restaurants/starbucks! Pool close by. Gym was a bit of a disappointment - only 3-4 pieces of equipment, no weights or space for anything but the machines ( that brought my rating down from 5 to 4).

Fantastic condo - tranquail location
We had a lovely time with our family at this gorgeous condo. The setting is serene, the location is perfect, and the condo is luxurious. We found nothing to be wanting. The condo is beautifully appointed and filled with everything we could have possibly have wanted. The bed in the master - oh my! So incredibly comfortable! The property manager, Dani, is lovely. Very professional, helpful, and responsive. Everything is top-notch and we highly recommend this unit.
