Kolea Villas is unique in that has direct access to the beach, Anaeho'omalu Bay or better known as A'Bay.
This quiet villa is a beautifully decorated and fully air conditioned. 15M is on the second floor of Building 15. It is accessible by an elevator or stairs. The pool area is just a few minutes walk. There is an infinity pool, a children's pool with sandy beach and waterfall, a hot tub and a gym. If you prefer the beach, A-Bay is accessible from the pool area. At the beach there is a kiosk offering various water activities, like snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, kite boarding, and sunset cruises.
Kolea Villas is between the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel and the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel and is only 30 minutes from the Kailua-Kona airport.
Kolea 15M is luxurious and has a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and television. The primary bathroom has a deep soaking tub, double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. A sliding mahogany door connects this room to the guest bathroom with tub shower and dual vanities. There is an area between the bedroom and bathroom that has a printer in case you need one. The living room has a desk area in case you need to work on your laptop. The unit has excellent wifi. The unit comes with one carport spot for your vehicle. If you have 2 cars, the second car can park in any open space.
There is a BBQ on the lanai for your convenience. If you prefer to eat out, you can walk or drive to either of two nearby open-air shopping areas. There are multiple restaurants available. To see more detail please look up Kings shops or Queen shops in Waikoloa to see a list of restaurants etc. Once you find the website you can also read about the activities around the island. There is plenty to see and do on the Island, from visiting the Volcano National Park, star gazing on Mauna Kea, playing golf, taking a bike riding tour, going horseback riding, to enjoying exotic plants at botanical gardens, and more.
