The townhome is a lovely home that provides the perfect ambiance for a vacation. Guests can enjoy lush green grass and the scenic beauty of the rainforest while staying here. There are many tropical plants in the garden area making it the perfect vacation home for nature lovers. The home is equipped with 2 stories’ which is decorated in Hawaiian contemporary style.

Our property is airy, spacious, and comfortable. It has 2 stories with a vaulted ceiling which flaunts a Hawaiian contemporary style. There are 2 bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king plus a queen-size sofa bed. The home can accommodate 6 people.

This home comes with a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with all the equipment needed on a vacation: a massive modern fridge, smooth top oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, coffee grinder, blender, and kettle. The kitchen has granite countertops, a granite bar with stools, plus a dining table, and a full-size table out on the lanai where guests can watch the traffic on the 15th fairway go by.

It also comes equipped with a 47" LED Stereo TV with a Wi-Fi capable Blue-Ray player along with broadband Wi-Fi internet, and phone calls are free anywhere in the USA or Canada.

There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. In the utility closet, guests will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and sand toys to make any day a fun day at the beach.

Barbecues are provided poolside. Condo amenities include two pools, the closer one with a beautiful waterfall, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts. Beautiful beaches are just minutes away. There’s also a beach inside the resort.

The world famous Hapuna Beach is just 5 miles to the north. From the complex, visitors can enjoy views of Mauna Kea (gleaming telescope domes, and well worth a tour), the Pacific Ocean, Kohala Mountains, golf courses, and lava fields.

We kindly ask that you review our pet policy: this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, we will request its removal and charge an additional non-refundable fee of $1,000.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. Wonderful place
We introduced our sister in law and her husband to the big island and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The condo was well appointed and had great views. Access to all the wonderful things to do in Waikoloa was easy. Would recommend this unit to anyone going to Hawai’i..

Great spot in a great spot
This condo is a great place to stay while visiting paradise. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. And in a complex that is beautiful, quiet and close to shopping, beaches restaurants and other activities.

Thanks for a great visit, everything was as advertised. One of the faucets in master bath was non operational and dishwasher seemed to leak sporadically. Other than that, great stay!

Excellent location close to beaches.
This condo is in a wonderful complex with easy access to beaches. The pools and large grassy areas allowed the kids to burn energy when we weren’t ready to head off. There are two nice pools in the complex. The closet with the laundry has a wonky door, however the washer/ dryer worked well. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, sand pails, ice chest and many other items for use available under the stairs. The condo is nicely decorated. The mattresses are aging but comfortable. The furniture on the patio is comfortable with a nice view, however, it has heavy rust at its feet and is due to be replaced. This condo worked well for 3 adults and 2 young children. We greatly enjoyed our visit and will consider it for our next visit to Hawaii

We have stayed in multiple units in this development over the past several years. We love the area, the general facility, and layout of the units. Overall our stay was great. Unit was in good shape and matched listing. AC/ceiling fans worked great which in our experience has not always been the case in other rentals. Wifi was excellent. Pool, BBQs and other areas of development were in great shape. For the unit, a couple of items to be aware of. Existing supplied were slim when we arrived so we went to the store the first day. Coffee maker is small ( 4 cups), so be ready to make multiple pots. AV system works, but instructions in the unit call out usage of a universal remote which had corroded batteries installed and didn't work with even with a new set of batteries. The oven door was damaged so you could not really use the oven handle to open. We contacted the on island support folks to take a look and it will require a new door. Our interaction with the management company was not a great experience. During Covid, one of the key criteria we used for the rental was the cancelation policy. The management company has a different policy than what is listed on VRBO. We only found out about this AFTER we had made the reservation. We raised this to them, but they never addressed it. I gave 2 stars on the accuracy of the listing because of this item. We also had multiple times when we would not get timely response from them on questions we sent them which is why I gave 2 stars on communication.

Counter tops and tile floors did not appear to have been wiped down/vacuumed prior to our arrival. Supplies were slim. Nice quite neighborhood, enjoyed our stay and will consider the property in the future.

Better than the photos!
We had a fun stay at the this property and quite honestly the photos doesn’t do it justice. It’s much more brighter and more spacious. 4 stars for cleanliness because the floors inside was dirty when we arrived. Also found a few dirty plates that was put away. 4 stars for check in because I was not given a code for keypad AFTER I emailed property company that I thought it was odd that I did not receive a keypad code because how are we going to get in? They replied and said I would be able to get in with the information they sent. They also resent the same information they did the first time, still with no code. I thought that was odd but okay.. we arrive at the property and at this point we only have the gate and lock box code. We tried the lock box for a while because I thought that was how we were getting in since they didn’t provide a keypad code even after I emailed them. It took a few calls to get someone to help me as it was 5pm HST when we tried to check in, offices were closed. Thankfully a property manager called 20mins after I initially called the first person and helped us to get a new code. Other than that everything else was great!

I would rated this overall as 5 stars but for one small inconvenience. There were no bath or kitchen mats. I treated the condo as if it were my own so I didn't like leaving any water on the floor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

It was a good quality place to stay--it was just right for us 4. They had everything we needed, except need to provide kitchen hand towels. We've stayed in 2 different places in Waikoloa before which were really nice, though 3 bdrm units. This being 2 bdrm is of course smaller. TV and media side was great - Netflix build in, easy to use. Had washer and dryer plus lots of beach chairs, cooler, lots of goggles, a 2-3 sets of fins, snorkels and one nice umbrella. Suggested updates, changes and/or additions: * The couch could be updated since it's getting close to looking and feeling (support) a tad worn. * Garage locked - Allow people to use the garage. The other rentals all included it with all the outdoor equipment conveniently out there and not jammed into the condo. * Kitchen towels * Add 1 more umbrella since 2 would be better--4 of us were huddled under the one. Also, the screw bottom is broken and falls off. Might want to replace. * Water purifier/Britta is broken - needs to be replaced. * Area rugs in Living room would be a cozy addition and look nice too. * Area rug or carpet in the 2nd bedroom downstairs would make a difference too. The room could use a little warming up and decorating. A carpet/rug would help a lot. * Annoying that the windows were locked and could not open in the bedroom. I understand the need to control the AC which I think is already handled by your system shutting down A/C if any windows or doors are open. we're unable to open windows. Let people make the decision to open windows or use A/C. Seems to me too as a potential fire hazard if one needed to jump out from the upstairs mstr bdrm. * No fan in the downstairs bathroom. There's a sliding window in the shower, but if you are able to open it, the A/C system shuts off for the whole house. * Mstr bath - the fan is too loud and need to be fixed or replaced with quiet one. Need also separate switch of the fan and lights. There's 1 light switch that turns on all the lights--no way to be quiet in the night. It's either dark or light up for a night game and fan noise. It's a big mstr bathroom, add separate switches for vanity lights, ceiling lights and fan. It's a nice looking place but missing a few inexpensive touches that should be expected. Last, the nightly rate was very reasonable. But we've noticed that here and all rentals there have $450-$600 is fees tacked on. I think owners are attracting with lower nightly rates, then add in the fees later.

Perfect
My wife and I travel a fair amount and are used to finding most places lacking supplies, instructions for remotes, batteries, etc. This place had a fully stocked kitchen, remotes that worked, everything to make you feel right at home from the start. It has the perfect location to visit the beaches of Hawaii , go shopping or launch a tour of the island. The Villa neighborhood is quiet and beautifully landscaped.We even had the luxury of an adorable cat visiting us on the lanai. For groceries I would recommend the grocery stores in Wiamea or Waikaloa. Also in Wiamea there is a butcher shop that can't be beat. We will definitely be back to the Villa.

This townhouse is clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Our contact, Daisy, is always quick to respond if we have questions. We are impressed with this unit and with the service. As a result, we have rebooked for next year. I would not hesitate in recommending this unit to anyone looking for very nicely decorated, comfortable townhouse, in a great location, and an excellent value.

Amazing vacation!!
Everything we expected and more! We had an amazing vacation and are extremely sad to be leaving. The Villas and community here are amazing, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The villa we stayed at was absolutely gorgeous, the photos really do not do justice! It was our perfect home away from home, we had everything we needed while we were there and the place is so warm and welcoming with beautiful decore. The location is close to everything, definitely rent a car when you go however there are local stores in the queens marketplace and a lovely itallian restaurant. Its close to beaches and other fun things, also the pool is beautiful and was always quiet so there is always a place to lay and relax (unlike other resorts where you fight for a chair). There is also a list of things to do while you're there.. we would recommend doing a helicopter ride to see the beautiful island. The place is perfect for visiting with families, friends or as a couple. We will definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return as soon as we can!

Absolute Paradise
We adored our 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. The surrounding area is stunning with wonderful views of the mountains and large expanses of volcanic rock which give you a great feel for the island. Our hosts were wonderful and everything was ready and waiting for us. They also have a really comprehensive folder of information about local restaurants, sights to see and emergency numbers. They've thought of everything. The villa is precisely as advertised with all the facilities you could possibly want! The owners have done up the villa and really accentuates the local culture. Everything is modern but it's very easy to settle in and make yourself at home. The two bedrooms make it perfect for families but also for a romantic holiday! We would recommend hiring a car but the fact that we didn't have one didn't stop us having fun. Loads of tourist companies will collect you from Waikoloa which is perfect. We went ziplining, swimming with dolphins, snorkelling with manta rays at night and a sunset whale watching cruise. The beach is a few minutes walk accessed from either hotels on site with water sports equipment available for hire. The restaurants and market onsite are brilliant and have everything you can think of. We loved the Hilton hotel and the option to swim with dolphins onsite is not one to miss! We didn't want for anything. We'd highly recommend and can't wait to visit again.

Excellent rental, perfect home away from home
We rented this unit for two weeks in July 2016 and LOVED IT! The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and welcoming. The owners have made it especially accommodating for guests traveling from the mainland, considering all the "home away from home" necessities one might need but not wish to pack (beach towels, sand chairs, coolers, extra linens). And guests will find many extras not usually found in most rentals (coffee grinder, spices, kitchen gadgets, grilling utensils, docking stations, books/games, a Wii, Netflix, and great WiFi!). The unit was clean and very well maintained with comfortable beds (including the sofa bed), new furniture, and a warm and welcoming decor. We loved the location of the unit within the Waikoloa Resort. The A' Bay beach on the resort property was gorgeous and so peaceful, rarely crowded. Great for snorkeling or wading in the shallow surf. There were ocean activities available, with reasonable kayak and paddleboard rentals, as well as snorkeling gear rentals. Beach chairs were free to use on a first come basis and the Lava Lava Beach Club was just a few steps away, with friendly service, good food, and delicious mai tais! The pool nearby was very nice, and since each cluster of units has its own private pool, there were rarely more than two families at the pool at any given time. The Island Market, shops, and restaurants at the resort had everything we needed. We also loved the condo's easy access to Route 19. We did a lot of traveling around the island! Dream Properties Rental Company was very helpful with any questions we may have had prior to our arrival and while on our vacation. We will definitely return to this condo! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you to the owners for making this a fantastic vacation rental.

Great holiday rental
We have stayed at this unit twice now, first in the summer of 2014 and most recently this past Christmas. We have also stayed in 2 other units in Waikoloa. All the units in this complex have been nice, but this one is the best which is why we have booked it twice. The furniture, fixtures and fittings are really modern and up-to-date. It was also the most 'homey' and well decorated, making it feel more like a home than rental. Unlike the last reviewer we found the unit spotlessly clean on both occasions. The master bedroom bed is really comfortable. It's also in a good location, with a beautiful view off the terrace onto the golf course, where I occasionally went for beautiful morning runs. Some of the other units, near the tennis court don't have a view onto green, only onto the road. The kitchen is really well kitted out, which is great when you are trying to cook a Christmas dinner! Other things that were useful was the wii for children's entertainment, the boogie boards and also the really high quality beach chairs that are great to carry on your back when you are walking down to the beach with all your gear. I have no hesitation recommending this place and would book again if we return to Waikoloa.
