Come turn moments into memories in this three-bedroom, two-bath home in Waikoloa Village. Enjoy a fenced backyard with a BBQ grill and views of Kohala Mountain and a chef's kitchen. This home is in a residential neighborhood.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by a great layout of the living areas and kitchen. Relax on the couch and stream your favorite show from the television or play some games. Enjoy the open design of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Cook dinner on the grill outside and enjoy dinner inside or out. The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded stainless-steel appliances and all the gadgets.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Enjoy the split air conditioning in the primary bedroom or open your lanai doors to the private backyard.

The two guests' rooms have queen-sized beds and a bathroom located off the hallway, so all guests have access. One of the rooms has its own lanai entrance, and both have a great vibe.

The backyard is very private and features fruit trees, a meditation, fountain, and a BBQ grill for guests' use. Enjoy the use of the garage with a full washer and dryer for guests' use. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Waikoloa Village, this home's extra amenities include the use of the community swimming pool and tennis courts and easy access to grocery, banking, restaurants, and post office. You are only a short drive from Hawaii's best beaches, 5-Star resorts, and opportunities for shopping and dining.

Please note: That this home doesn’t have central air conditioning. The primary bedroom and one of the guest rooms has a wall air conditioner unit. This is in a residential neighborhood.

Amazing views
The house was well appointed and clean. It was a wonderful place for our family to gather together and bbq. My favorite part was being able to look at the ocean as well as the hills. It melted away all the stress I had before coming to Waikaloa Village.

Clean, quiet and welcoming!
The house is even nicer than pictured. We were two couples and there was plenty of room, with a nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of beach things, partial ocean view, fruit trees in backyard. We would gladly stay here again. :)

Family friendly kitchen/dining rooms with beautiful mountain views
We were a family of five adults and one toddler. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped and opened to the dining area. In the daytime the house was well lit with lots of windows. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the garage and the clothesline in the side yard for hanging wet beach towels. The neighborhood was quiet and well lit, making it easy to take an evening stroll. On the down side , the family room only seated 4 people so the 5th adult had to stand on the side, and the toddler sat on the floor, and there were extension cords going across the family room floor on top of the rug, which was a tripping hazard.

Comfortable stay in spacious and well equipped home. Landscaping and water feature are beautiful. Needs a bigger primary TV - for 3 bedroom rental 32” is too small for catching up on favourite shows in evening.

It was a lovely property, although it was quite warm and stuffy only having a box air in two bedrooms with other fans for circulating warm air. There were other issues we will email to you. Unfortunately we won’t stay there again.

Quiet, centrally located
We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable, everything we needed was available. We especially appreciated all the beach gear - towels, umbrellas, chairs, boards, and sand toys. My only suggestion is a floor air conditioner is needed in the main area during hot days. Two of the bedrooms had coolers and it made a big difference in there. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home; needs better cleaners
House is very nice and lots of beach toys available. Waikoloa Beach Club has great public beach about 25 minutes away. It is just under an hour to Kona. The one issue we had is the cleanliness. It is unfortunate cleaners are not better, especially considering the cleaning fee. Dish cloth got brown when we wiped down the counters and feet got black from walking on floor. Some of the towels and wash cloths are badly stained. The BBQ grill was also dirty. Management brought BBQ brush and clothes soap when we called.
