Our lanai has the option to dine outside enjoying the beautiful view of Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and convenience is provided with the ground floor villa and grassy area out back. The Viking gas grill, makes cooking a breeze. Comfort is what this villa expresses with class surrounding in and out. Central Air Conditioning provides the cooling you are looking for during your stay.

Each room has a flat screen Smart TV, WiFi coverage throughout keeping up to date a breeze. New Smart washer and dryer for your use and convenience. It also is set up for a home office with a desk, printer and plenty of room to utilize as a office space. The garage is detached and perfect to park your vehicle inside, next to all the beach gear for your use and easy packing and unpacking on those great beach days. Enjoy Big Island staying at K2 for your privacy, comfort and best of all location.

The location is perfect, right across from the Queen Shops and King Shops of Waikoloa Beach Resort. A 10 minute walk to the beach and great relaxing night life. Great location for attending a wedding. I stayed with my adult daughter and son...we had plenty of privacy and space! Kitchen has everything and the BBQ grill on the lanai was nice to have. AC is good and furniture and bedding were all comfortable. It's quiet, except if there are guests walking upstairs. The covered garage was nice with all the beach gear. Check in and out was easy. Amy was helpful and quick to respond. We really had a great stay!

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. All appliances are high-end as are the furnishings. We loved the ease of walking across the street to the Queen's market shops and enjoyed having a garage and 2 pools/spas within an easy walk.

This was our families second time on the Big Island. The Condo was perfect! Very clean and well decorated in Waikoloa. Had everything we needed. Would gladly stay here again. No issues or complaints.

We loved our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villa K-2! It had everything we needed and then some more! Our kids loved the pools and we loved the location close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Our daughter loved practicing playing the ukulele under the palm trees outside the lanai. We wish we would have had more time at this beautiful home and would love to stay here again when we return to the Big Island!

Our family of 4 spent a wonderful 9 days here the beginning of Jan. Everything looks like the listing and we felt right at home. All the beach gear (cooler, chairs, boogie boards & umbrella) was a hugs bonus! Loved the location being so close to Queens’ Marketplace, restaurants and many beaches. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai and smelling the flowers, listening to the birds and cooling off in the pool in the evenings Can’t wait to come back.

Great location, nicely landscaped property, pools are small but are very pretty with shrubs and flowers. This condo would be very nice with a good de-clutter done to it and a good cleaning of cupboards and furniture and exterior walls.

Condo was perfectly appointed for our stay (4 adults.) The condo was immaculate, nicely decorated and welcoming. We enjoyed using the lanai. Great views of the golf course, grounds of the complex are lovely and well kept. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pools. The garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. My favorite thing about this condo is the location. Very quick walk to shops and restaurants. 2 minute drive to A-bay beach (10 minute walk) Both the Marriott and Hilton are in walking distance. We took advantage of a sunset whale watch leaving from A-bay. Location is 30 minute drive into Kona, 10 minute drive to Hāpuna beach. I highly recommend this condo!

Paradise awaits!
My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We brought our 1 year old daughter and the space was perfect for families! The backyard dinning & view, comfy beds, and all of the amenities in the garage made our stay extra special! We enjoyed the use of the beach umbrellas, blow up paddle board, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel gear, and beach towels!! Amy’s place also has the kitchen stocked for cooking meals and provides enough shampoo, conditioner, and soap to last a week! This place has the whole package and the location is perfect as you’re minutes away from the grocery store, shops, and A-Bay beach! We booked our first Luau at the Waikoloa Beach Sunset Luau at the Marriott and enjoyed a sunset dinner at Lava Lava Beach Club— both of which are a very short drive to! You can definitely walk to these places but it’s definitely a long walk in the hot sun! We hope to visit again someday with our two older kids and can’t thank Amy enough for a great stay!
