"The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need. Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific. The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating at. I would stay here again if in Islamabad, if only because of the extreme friendliness of the staff and the good location, being in Blue Area within a couple kilometers from Centaurus Mall"

"I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel. Then I reached Hotel.Com explained the situation and asked for refund, but the Hotel.Com didn’t refund me either which is so disappointing. "
