What a view huh? This lovely apartment has a central location and all the facilities you need for a carefree holiday. Prepare the tastiest meals independently in the well-equipped kitchen and socialise in the living room with TV. You can store your skis in the ski storage room and there is parking space for your car. Of course, you can end the day in style on the balcony with mountain views. Great!
Smell the scent of flowers and the fresh mountain air and enjoy the peace and unspoilt nature. Near Wagrain are the 6 mountain lakes Jägersee, Tappenkarsee, Blauer See, Daarmoossee, Rupertisee and the Grafenbergsee. These are definitely worth a visit!

The property is in the perfect location for a winter sports holiday! Just 500 metres away, you will find the ski lift that takes you to the Salzburg Sports World. Here, around 230 kilometres of slopes, almost 100 lifts and more than 250 kilometres of cross-country trails await you. Incidentally, the cross-country ski trails start just 100 metres from the house.

Das Haus Tanja ist eine geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen Flachau und Wagrain. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen schönen Skiurlaub. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus und der Lift (Rote 8) ist 500 Meter entfernt. Mit unserem Hund konnten wir die stark befahrene Straße durch einen Tunnel unterqueren und hatten einen schönen Spaziergang. Außerdem sind die Besitzer sehr freundliche Menschen!!!

Familienurlaub über Silvester mit 7 Personen
Wir haben mit 7 Personen eine Woche über Silvester in Wagrain verbracht und hatten sehr gute Bedingungen. Das Haus liegt zwar an der Landstraße, aber zur Roten 8er Gondel gibt es einen Fußweg direkt neben der Loipe. Wenn Skier und Schuhe im Depot untergebracht sind, ist der morgendliche Spaziergang zur Gondel ein gutes Aufwärmtraining. Dauert auch nur 10 Minuten. Wer Skier und Schuhe dabei hat, kann bequem den Skibus nehmen. Die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Toilette und das Bad sind sehr schön renoviert, die Küche praktisch eingerichtet. Einen Toaster haben wir allerdings vermisst. Die Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung. Da jedes Zimmer ein Waschbecken hat, kommt man auch mit einer Toilette und einer Dusche aus. Allerdings sollten die Lattenroste und Matratzen mal ausgetauscht werden! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Uns mit 6 Personen als Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen!
Uns mit 6 Personen als Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man hat die obere Etage des Hauses fast für sich alleine. Dass die Vermieter dort auch noch Zimmer haben bekommt man so gut wie nicht mit. Die Vermieter sind auch super nett und freundlich! Man kann jederzeit Hilfe, Antworten, eine Führung durch den Kuhstall o.ä. bekommen. Falls nicht lassen sie einen in Ruhe und man bekommt von ihnen nichts mit. War für uns perfekt. In der Wohnung hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden. 3 saubere Doppelzimmer und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche waren wunderbar. Dass die Dusche und das WC sehr klein waren hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Sie waren sauber und so gut wie neu. Jedes Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Waschbecken. Die einzige Sache die uns etwas gestört hat war, dass das Haus direkt an einer Hauptstrasse liegt. Wenn man das Fenster aufmacht hört man die vorbeifahrenden Autos schon deutlich. Der Vorteil ist, dass man nicht erst Serpentinen den Berg hoch fahren muss um zum Haus zu kommen. Das Skigebiet war so mit dem Auto nur 40 Sekunden entfernt. Für uns zu weit zum Laufen (würde schätzen 10 Minuten). Nach Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee haben wir mit dem Auto 11 Minuten gebraucht. Mit dem Auto nach Wagrain 8 Minuten. Therme Amade 6 Minuten. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 4 Minuten. Für uns ein toller Urlaub. Wir würden wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Twee weken gehuurd en een fijne tijd gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen (totaal 5 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen 1-1,5-2 jaar) en een hond. Slaapkamers waren lekker ruim. De trap werd gedeeld met de bewoners, maar dat was zo weinig dat het geen inbreuk deed op je privacy. Wij komen zeker terug.

Die Unterbringung bei Tanja+Familie war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt eine tolle Skiwoche. Tanja's Flexibilität hat uns ermöglicht, dass wir bereits am Anreisetag vor 1200 Uhr einchecken und einige Stunden auf der Skipiste verbringen konnten. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und gepflegt, sodass keine Wünsche offen geblieben sind. Das separate WC neben der Dusche, sowie die einzelnen Waschbecken in den Zimmern ermöglicht auch einer Gruppe einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Vielen Dank Tanja, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We (6 adults, 2 babies \\ / toddler) had a great holiday also because of its location across from the lift to the slopes. The interior was disappointing, especially to the small kitchen and the bathroom too small. The joint motion \\ / entrance with residents was a bit of an invasion of privacy. This rent your strange expect more like a dishwasher, kettle etc. Bit of the apartment as "a high point totals on the site. In our ignorance we ordered every morning rolls but the brown turned out to cost. Acheraf 90 cents each effe ...... fell against! haha \u200b\u200bThe hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Great holiday, pretty close to the slopes with great advantage an easy descent to the valley so great for kids apartment was decent but good and if you are very spacious with 6 people! The owners are very friendly and welcoming! Disadvantage only One we found that the ski bus to Flachau was not for the slopes near our apartment so we went by car.
