By all accounts, this camp has better facilities than other camps in Wadi Rum. The owner, Attallah, is not particularly engaging unless you've signed up for his safari tour. I did another tour and camped here, and got one or two words out of him, not to mention paying a king's ransom for his mediocre dinner.
The location of the camp is quite far in from the Rum Village; it is in a sunset point, but we didn't think it was a great location to observe the sunrise or sunset. Overall, this can be a good camp experience, but you should book his tour together to get treated well.
