"Very good front of house staff, accommodating of room needs, well maintained room, bar/restaurant was impressive too. "

"We were incredibly well looked after by all the staff we met there. We had told them my husband had mobility issues and we had a room just nearby reception and the dining area, making access really easy. They had also given us a room with 2 comfy chairs which myself, and especially my husband, really appreciated after travelling. There was a great selection of choices at breakfast, with staff replacing items as soon as they were needed. The Mercure is a great base to explore the local area, we were able to really rest and relax. We will definitely be visiting again!"

"All things were very good apart from the power of the shower it’s far to strong and causes a mess if your not careful As far as the reception staff are concerned they were brilliant very helpful and Amber D (Amber 2) was the outstanding star for politeness and information she deserves a pay rise Hotel has lifts and no stairs very convenient.
