"Very well appointed and clean rooms, with ample provision of towels and consumables. The mini kitchen proved very useful and practical. Thank you. The owner responded to all communications very promptly and was very attentive to our needs (my wife is currently injured). We certainly plan to return."

"Great location in the village. 1 small block away from fantastic pub with attached restaurant and outdoor seating with parking for both. One block from river. Another block added from the pub gets you to the convenience/grocery store. Another block along the river gets you to the manor house and gardens. Lovely room at the lodge, nice breakfast delivered in the mornings. Great staff, internet in the room. Parking lot within grounds. Local taxis available. Bolt available to the property...

"The house is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts are lovely, and they went out of their way to help with transportation and convenience without being at all intrusive. He went out of his way to give us a ride when we were walking to the local pub for dinner in a heavy rain, which was much appreciated. They found the perfect niche between letting us find our way on our own and making life a little easier. "

"The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "

"We wanted to find a pub with good food and close to Rutland waters to go biking. We stayed at the Fox and Hounds in Exton for 2 nights. It is situated next to a beautiful grassy square of big, mature trees. Big, safe parking area. The pub area is gorgeous, lovely big fireplaces, variety of seating. "I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. "I arrived at the address given , nobody was there : I was told that I was staying at a different address. I had to walk a further 15 minutes to an alternative address. I was not too happy to be missed around . Nothing wrong with the accommodation just the organisation "

"It was the best place I’ve stayed at in Peterborough so far. Clean, nice, and central. Only criticisms are the shower door was broken/not attached properly ( I expect this was a previous resident and hasn’t been noticed yet) and that the double bed was 2 singles with a double sheet over it, so I kept waking up falling down the middle! But with that said, it was a decent place and I will likely return. "

"Carl's house was great for our family trip. We had everything we needed, Carl is a great host, he was there to welcome us & showed us around. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops & restaurants. "

"My husband myself and our dog stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting my daughter. The cottage is quaint and cosy, beautifully done out. Bed was lovely and comfortable. The host Rebecca was very accommodating and communication was great. The village is idyllic, we will definitely return "
