Melyn Wood Cottage is a stone character cottage with beams and a fireplace.  Spacious and homely, and located in a quiet hamlet it provides an ideal base for exploring the nearby coast and beaches, about a 10 minute drive. Padstow and Wadebridge are about 3 miles away each having a good choice of shops and restaurants.

Kitchen and utilities: Range-style cooker with two electric ovens and gas hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, washer/dryer. Utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Technology:  WiFi, 2 x Smart TV, TV.
Facilities for families:  High Chair, Travel Cot, Football Table and Dart Board. 
Outside: Enclosed patio area to the rear with seating.
Pets: 3 pets allowed - £25 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Parking:  Parking in the lane next to the cottage (subject to availability), or a permit is provided for 2 cars in the church hall car park, 100 metres from the cottage

Changeover time:  Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
General:  Free High speed broadband provided. Gas-fired central heating throughout.
