"Wanted to spend a couple days doing bourbon tours. This rental fit the bill. The neighborhood is on the run down side, but felt secure. The house has a ton of old time charm with dark wood accents throughout. The three king beds were comfortable, and the house was as described. A full bath up and a full bath down. Overall, an excellent place to stay. We highly recommend! Two restaurants- The Stave and Locals Pizza- were very good. "

We enjoyed Woodford, buffalo trace, and castle and key. We ate breakfast at tammy’s every morning. We walked downtown Frankfort went to Daniel bones grave and much more. We will be back. "

Centrally located to many distilleries and just 7 minutes to Buffalo Trace. The home is sparkling new with all the extra touches. From the plush bath towels, perfect mattress, hot tub with twinkle lights, the coffee bar, and plush oversized sofa that was perfect for watching late night movies. "Our family visited the Frankfort, KY, area between Christmas and New Years and found this historic home and its responsive hosts ready for guests. As the first guests to stay, we found so many great touches throughout the property, all with guests' comfort and convenience in mind!The decor is trendy and pleasant with a uniform color scheme throughout. "The Bluegrass Bourbon house was great for 3 couples with the three bedrooms and baths, large well-equipped kitchen, and Speakeasy room. It was too cold to use the firepit and hot tub, so we plan to return again in warmer weather. The host was very quick to respond and attentive to my questions. He made the rental experience wonderful, excellent host."
