"Great location and brand new. With a family on longer stays, it was great to have a kitchen. need to offer / remind people to bring paper towel, coffee filters and even a dish cloth, non provided. can use the bathroom towels but not idea The outside courtyard allows smoking, it’s open air but surrounded by rooms it’s not idea for circulation. We would stay again "

"This place is absolutely fantastic! Nicely appointed; clean as a whistle; spacious; and more convenient than you can imagine to Baylor campus. It’s especially cool for us: the unit we’re staying in was the long-time apartment of my mentor at Baylor - a beloved and distinguished professor of history for 40 years. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Well done!"
