Amazing stay
We had a great time during our stay! It had everything we needed plus some games that my children enjoyed. It is close to magnolia farms which is why we were visiting. I would book and stay again.

Vacation Getaway
This was the perfect spot to vacation. The place was very clean and well decorated. It had 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I enjoyed the nice furniture and the whole place was comfortable. It was close to downtown and a short drive from Magnolia Silos and spice village. It was on a quiet street and I felt very safe the entire time. I will definitely be returning soon!

Took a siblings trip to Waco and stayed here. The layout was perfect for the four of us. With one room having three beds for the girls and one room having one king for my brother. The house was very clean and served our needs wonderfully. And they made the process of checking in / out very easy! Would stay again.

Great Girls Weekend
Roomy for a smaller house with all the details provided. Don't be deterred by the parking description, as there's plenty of street parking too. Some noise comes through the shared wall from the joining house but it wasn't too bothersome. Easy to access keypad on the door made check-in and checkout simple. Great stay with all the Waco sights quickly accessible. I would stay again!

Perfect and cozy for a great visit
We enjoyed the house very much. Kitchen was roomy and well-equipped which allowed us to prepare meals and play games. Washer and dryer were a little noisy, but convenient and we appreciated the detergent! Shower had a nice stream of warm water and bed was comfy! We would stay here again. Nest control was great for controlling temp during our cold stay.

Thank you for the weekend stay in your cozy home! I was in town from Denver for a Baylor tennis team reunion and your home was in a great location and close to some new Waco additions since I was last there. The home was clean, comfortable and had wonderful amenities, like a Keurig with coffee pods! Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

Great stay!
Our party of five had a great stay at this time. It was clean and comfortable. Nice beds, well equipped kitchen and close to everything. We baked cookies and stayed in to play (provided) Monopoly one night. The house is near the suspension bridge, Dr Pepper museum, HEB, restaurants and, of course, all things Magnolia! Check out the Pinewood coffee shop- an easy one block walk away. We'd definitely return!

Very clean! Linens and pillows very high end. I loved being 6 minutes from Collins Hall while my daughter was rushing. A little confusing about what parking is “shared”, so I just parked on the street. It was great!

Great little place
This was a great little place to stay at. Nice and clean. Super close to all of the amenities downtown. Neighborhood was good. The only thing I have to complain about is the management company. I tried to reach them for two weeks prior to our stay to ask for early check-in, and a couple questions about the property and no one ever called me back or answered any of my messages I sent them, the review would be five stars if they would have answered. Overall, if you’re looking for a good place to say, I would say this one’s good long as you don’t need anything extra accommodated.
