I loved the layout. It was perfectly situated and there was a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was cozy, but we did get the loud noise from the room next door since it was not late in the evening, we did not say anything. Breakfast was okay. We decided to come down a little later because there were large groups staying there.

Friendly staff and overall a nice hotel. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that had a bad odour and was very cold as the window was wide open as it appeared the housekeeping staff was trying to air it out. The room also had tear in the carpet that the front desk staff didn’t seem to know about but thankfully they moved us to a much better room. Breakfast was good but staff member had the habit of closing things down before closing time, and one morning she was inconveniently taking breakfast goods away over 30 minutes before breakfast closed.

The some of the staff was rude. The bathroom in the room was filthy and had some sort of stains on the floor. The stopper in the shower was also broken and wouldn't say up. However the actual room/bed was clean and comfortable.

I did not like that the people above us were walking and running in their room. There is not any insulation so therefore it was super loud and we were unable to sleep.

This is 2nd stay at TownPlace Suites in Waco. Both stays were great. This stay was greater because it was not triple digit heat. There are great dining options in walking distance to the hotel. The staff are always professional and courteous.

Great place for my young family
We needed a place to stay while escaping the hurricane in Houston. It was super clean and the perfect place for me and my two young kids. The kitchenette was really helpful and the customer service people were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again!

It was only a night over for our stay, but the staff was friendly and brekfast was great. If we didnt have to leave early the next morning, we would have taken a swim in the pool. It looked very clean refreshing.
