Can't wait to be back!
This was a girls trip for my sister's in law, my niece and my daughters so we could plan the holiday gathering for our larger family. The accommodations were amazing! We loved the location, right next to the Homestead Heritage craft village. We only wish we could stay for a week to explore since they were closed on Sunday. The suite was lovely, luxurious and so relaxing for our purposes. Our host went above and beyond our expectations which made our stay pretty close to perfect. Looking forward to the chocolate factory being completed downstairs and definitely looking forward to another visit in the future!

Celebrating a birthday and enjoying together time.
I live in southwest Waco during the week and rent an apartment to be near work - my home is an hour and a half away. We wanted a place where we could have Grammie (me), my daughter, son-n-law, and 4 grandchildren together to share time and enjoy some good food, shopping, and entertainment. The Cocoa Suite was a very comfortable and pleasant place for us. Homestead Heritage provided a beautiful natural environment with state of art accommodations. The coffee shop and Waco Waffle house provide very tasty and unique breakfast, lunch, ( and dinner - Fri/Sat) foods. The location was within 10-15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to visit in Waco yet offered a “city escape” feel. The relaxation and de-stressing were palpable as we completed our stay. Looking forward to doing this again!!

It's Mine! Find Your Own Hidden Gem!
I really don't want to leave a positive review because everyone is going to want to stay there and I won't be able to get in! Still...this was one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in and thats saying something as I enjoyed all of my other stays, but this place is special! It looks exactly as pictured and it is situated on a nice homestead location with lots of craft stores within walking distance. I found that every location I wanted to visit was just a short 15 minute (or less) drive. My wife and I loved this place and plan to stay there again if they have room but I feel like this is going to be a popular venue.

Great place to stay on Homestead Heritage. The rooms are new, clean, and have everything you need. Homestead Heritage is a wonderful place to visit. The shops and food are amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing pastoral setting and beautiful new suite
This is a recently developed set of suites located near the Homestead Heritage community near Waco TX. Our suite overlooked a beautiful pasture with grazing sheep and a beautiful deck. The suite is a few minutes walk from fantastic dining and craft shops including pottery, metal working, weaving, basketry and fine gift shops. The details of the suite were perfect, including a large copper tub, king sized beds and a loft with bunk beds. Skweeeky cleeeen and fresh! Likely, this was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. I'm sure you will enjoy it too.
