Decent room - especially for the price. It was clean and relatively comfortable. The location is good and close to restaurants and not too far from the local mall. The only disappointment was that they did not have any type of breakfast, even though it was stated on Hotels.com that they did. They need to remove that and then there's no expectation of a breakfast.

This is a great motel for our business trip. Clean and convenient to the Waco Convention center (10 minute drive). We would stay here again.

The room was older and in need of an update, but was clean and in good repair. The office, however, smelled like Curry, body odor, and straight up poop. Not a very welcoming scenario when I went to check in.

Great stay and clean property. Easy check in and out. a few questionable characters walking around that may or may not be staying there but they didnt bother anyone. The entrance was somewhat tricky as apple maps was not aware of the turn off from the main road. Good thing was it was near the main strip for all your restaurants and shopping needs and close to downtown area. All and all would definitely stay again when visiting

The room was very clean, but had a musty smell which was quite bothersome. It was also noisy at night because you can hear traffic and the ac in the room kicks on and off which kept me awake. There were also people in the parking lot in the back of a pickup truck drinking.
