In 5 minutes you can reach our popular lakes, the Murner See and the Steinberger See.
The Steinberger See offers a lot of fun, with its water ski facility, the adventure minigolf, the wooden ball and much more.

A go-kart track is about 5 minutes away.

Do you prefer an outdoor pool? No problem, it can be reached in 3 minutes by car.

A restaurant, butchers, pharmacy and bakery are all on site.

Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor of a 2-family house and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has one bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people - ideal for single travelers, families or groups.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine (Tchibo/capsule), a toaster and a kettle.

There is a parking space for your vehicle on the property. If you would like storage space for bicycles, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare everything for you.

Pets and parties are not allowed.
It is a non-smoking apartment.

All leisure facilities/activities, as well as the lakes are outside the property but in close proximity.

No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the building.

A capsule machine from Tchibo is available.
Public washing machines/dryers are available 2.7 km away (for a fee).
In the other apartment in the building lives an outdoor cat, which also uses the staircase.
There is no balcony or garden in the apartment.
