Insufficient lighting in general; kitchen unit is hidden in a wardrobe with no lighting and plugs inside which makes it even weird and impractical; The bathroom is the worse with small basin and big tap as well as the improper shower unit, you basically would easily flood the bathroom floor whenever you use it.
