"Staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, the whole property is very nice. It would be perfect, except for the “heated” pool. I made sure by email the importance of the heated pool, this was the main reason I chose this hotel. It was freezing cold and when I asked the front desk about it they said they wouldn’t be allowed to rise up the temperature. The pillows are awful and I am in pain. There’s no one that keeps the shape. There’s a Powerade bottle under the nightstand that seems to be there for a while, I found a hair on a clean plate in the kitchenette, old water bottle in the fridge, furniture and lamps were dusty. AC is REALLY dirty, we were 3 people, all of us non allergic and still had our noses congested the whole night. Bathroom, beds, floors and kitchen were very clean. So, some attention to details could be improved for the price we paid. But in general, it’s the best staff we met in years."

"The beds are comfy with nice plush pillows was about the only thing that was good. There is no water pressure in the bathroom but it does provide you with crawling roaches."

"The fitness room is a hazard. It was nice to have somewhere to workout but at the risk of getting hurt by faulty machinery, nope. either fix, get new or close it down "

"Absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay. Took my morning walks, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, swan in the gorgeous pool while having lunch. Lots of little shops around. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. This beautiful resort is a hidden gem. Will definitely return! "
