"I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room. The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside)...

They messaged me before hand to check on our arrival time, which was 11am and then told me we could check in at 11am instead of 2pm. It was great, as I would have needed to carry my bag around while waiting for check in time. "Bang for the buck, a solid value stay in a good location in the amazing town of Cesky Krumlov. We paid for the cheapest room and the window was small - I am claustrophobic but I was completely fine for the short one night stay because the window opened. "

"The property is clean and close to the old town. Short walk to the wall of the castle. We stayed by the design room terrace which is located outside the main hall which was v nice since we have our own privacy. It’d be nice if that specific room has its own microwave instead of going outside to the main hall. Overall, it was an excellent choice for us (a family of 5) and the owner speaks good english."

Parking a little difficult to find at first but very convenient once familiar with the surroundings. Definitely recommend!!! "There are three rooms, next to each others and you can hear what your neighbors say. No food/mart options around, so fill up your stomach and bring your own snacks before going to bed. It's okay for the money you pay and for one night stay. No soap/shampoo/etc. Bring your own."

"Self check-in made me nervous but it was really simple and quite convenient! It's a great little place, really close to the heart of the city, and the proprietors were available in the morning with a really nice breakfast and friendly and able to assist with any questions. The room was a little small, but didn't matter, and the walls a little thin-meaning I would suggest to bring ear plugs for sleep to avoid hearing the other guests. But overall a great place to stay and I would stay there...
